1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Voice Variety And Production. By accessing our official portal (voicevariety.co.in) or booking our technical event installations, drone swarms, 3D building mapping layouts, laser systems, and broadcasting voice-over facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following legal regulations.

These terms govern all commercial transactions, temporary site allocations, permanent installations, and engineering proposals managed by our production house.

2. Booking, Payments & Commercial Framework

All contracts executed under our regulatory MSME framework comply with the standard corporate billing cycle guidelines in India:

• Advance Retention: All major custom deployments (including Drone Swarms and 3D Projection Mapping) require a mutually agreed advance payment before storyboarding, vector mapping, or hardware transit begins.
• GST Invoicing: All pricing structures are subject to statutory taxes in accordance with Indian Law under our commercial registration GST: 08PSUPS6014R1Z8.
• Turnkey Milestone Clearance: Final pending balance disbursements must be cleared upon successful site deployment, calibration, or live tracking tracks commissioning as dictated by the event schedule.

3. Operational Pre-Requisites & Site Allocations

For grand open-sky visual spectacles (Drone Swarms, High-Wattage Lasers, Water Projections), the hiring entity or client must ensure proper execution infrastructure:

• Clear Spatial Zone: Clients must provide absolute access to designated flight paths, dry non-hazardous projection surfaces, and calibrated water bodies free from raw interference.
• Power Distribution: Availability of uninterrupted, stabilized industrial electrical lines or safe generator networks matching system load criteria for lasers and projection systems.
• Weather & Environmental Factors: Because high-altitude multi-drone swarm coordination and pressurized water screen mists depend heavily on safe ambient environment parameters, operations may be paused during heavy wind loops, thunder, or sudden downpours to safeguard life and high-tech equipment.

4. Intellectual Property & Broadcast Audio Assets

All scripts, conceptual structures, custom musical compositions, graphical storyboards, and studio tracking tracks recorded by Founder RJ Tarun remain the exclusive artistic intellectual property of Voice Variety And Production unless expressly transferred through legal licensing agreements.

Clients are granted a localized execution license to utilize the finalized voice-over, dubbing profiles, and custom tracking modules specifically for the approved corporate gala, national milestone, or permanent landmark deployment specified in the project outline.

5. Statutory Approvals, Clearances & Safety

Safety is our production model’s highest operational priority across VVIP gatherings and government sector celebrations:

• Drone Permissions: Drone light swarms require strict regulatory compliance, flight path analysis, and localized clearances. Local administrative approvals are managed according to administrative rules.
• Failsafe Security: Our hardware incorporates automated return-to-base triggers, localized crowd safety rings, and emergency shutter systems for lasers to protect civilian gatherings.
