CANCELLATION & REFUND

1. Nature of Custom Engineering Services

At Voice Variety And Production, we specialize in high-end, capital-intensive technical event productions, including Autonomous Drone Light Shows, 3D Projection Mapping, Multi-watt Laser Matrices, and Water Screen Engineering. Every project involves custom software programming, 3D modeling, technical site layouts, and custom audio studio tracking by RJ Tarun.

Because significant resources are dedicated to equipment transit and programming immediately after booking, cancellations are governed by a strict commercial layout matrix.

2. Advance Retention Regulations

The advance deposit paid during project confirmation is used directly for pre-production expenses:

• Non-Refundable Pre-production: Once custom animation, 3D storyboard alignment, or custom script writing has started, the initial booking advance is non-refundable.
• Logistics Mobilization: For large-scale events, resources are allocated immediately for drone airspace mapping, battery calibration, and lens transport. Cancellations cause scheduling conflicts, meaning the deposit cannot be returned.

3. Force Majeure & Environmental Adjustments

Open-sky spectacles like drone swarms and high-pressure water projections depend entirely on suitable outdoor weather parameters:

• Acts of Nature: In cases of extreme weather loops (heavy rains, thunderstorm interference, or high wind drafts), our crew may pause operations to safeguard lives and equipment.
• Rescheduling Framework: If an act of nature prevents a show from firing on the scheduled date, Voice Variety and Production will work with the client to reschedule the show for the next available slot or day.
• Financial Liability: Refunds cannot be issued for weather-related delays or structural site issues at the venue. However, our team is committed to delivering the promised spectacle as soon as weather conditions clear.

4. Studio Voice-Over & Programming Deliverables

For standalone content creation services (such as Script Writing, Voice-Over, Jingle Production, and Graphical Storyboarding):

• Satisfaction Commitment: We do not offer refunds once studio work is finalized. However, we are fully committed to making text revisions and adjustments until the client is completely satisfied.
• Technical Deliveries: Once digital master copies of high-definition audio tracks or software script codes are delivered via secure channels, the transaction is considered closed and non-refundable.

5. Arbitration & Dispute Management

Any booking changes, date transfers, or cancellation requests must be sent formally in writing to our administrative team at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled installation date.
